We are currently looking for an ambitious IT Consultant to join our expanding team.


A day in your life as an IT Consultant at Reatcode:

You will be responsible for developing relationships with new clients in order to examine their needs and choose the right, custom-made training program for them, attending

meetings and presentations while maintaining advanced knowledge of products and

services.

More specifically, you will:


• Schedule online sessions with clients to determine their training requirements and needs in order to create the most fitting training plan for each client.


• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of customers to meet their training needs.


• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.


• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.


• Track customer needs and customer experience in order to help the continuous improvement of our services.


• Gain profound knowledge of the IT sector, investigate new trends and business/career opportunities for our clients, according to their background.


• Analyze the IT territory through extensive market research


• Acquire profound knowledge regarding all products and services offered by the company through testing, demonstrations, and research.


• Cooperate closely with other team members and departments.


• Continuously improve your skills & knowledge through team and customer feedback.


Must-have skills

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering / Computer Science or InformationTechnology

• At least 1-3 years of relevant professional experience

• Excellent communication skills

• Customer-oriented mindset

• Familiarity with databases - SQL and basic coding skills at least on one of the following programming languages: Python, Java, Javascript is a must

• Motivation and goal-orientation must be able to work independently and take initiative.

• Ability to work flexibly, we adapt our schedule according to our customers

• Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills

• Skilled in relationship management and open to feedback

• Fluency in Greek and English is essential.

• Familiarity with Wordpress will be highly appreciated.
