Payroll Specialist will be responsible for the timely and correct handling of matters concerning the day to day administration and payroll including correspondence and other communication with clients, administration and payroll tasks.

The key responsibilities of this role will include:

• Providing payroll services to corporate clients

• Identifying and proposing solutions to various issues

• Delivering excellent client service

• Working in a team of qualified, highly motivated professionals

• Identifying opportunities for improvement and be resourceful in making them happen


The key requirements of this role are:

• 2 to 3-year experience in payroll and HR services

• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or relevant field

• Knowledge of labor and social security legislation and the information system of the Hellenic Ministry of labor, social security and Welfare (ERGANI)

• Cambridge or Michigan Proficiency certificate. Excellent command of spoken and written English is essential for client deliverables and communications.

• Excellent knowledge of Payroll Programs and MS office

• Commitment to excellence; efficient and effective when it comes to deadlines
