Workearly, a creation of Reatcode IT Services, is a unique online coaching service that consists of a team that has numerous years of experience in IT, providing a combination of

tech skill training combined with career coaching, either asynchronous or flexible. 

One of the fastest-growing career fields is Information Technology (IT), making it very

demanding and competitive. This invokes the need to adapt fast. Online coaching has become an increasingly popular practice worldwide, with impressive adoption rates.

Our mission is to create a personalized and targeted training path in order to consult and train our clients so that we can transform them into highly competitive candidates in the

very competitive IT field and its specialties.

Reatcode is a UK-registered IT consulting & career/business coaching company based in London. Our team is composed of passionate IT professionals & career consultants/advisors highly experienced in various industries such fintech, telecom, innovation R&D and marketing & advertising.

We are currently looking for an ambitious IT Consultant to join our expanding team.

A day in your life as an IT Consultant at Reatcode:

You will be responsible for developing relationships with new clients in order to examine their needs and choose the right, custom-made training program for them, attending

meetings and presentations while maintaining advanced knowledge of products and

services.

More specifically, you will:

• Schedule online sessions with clients to determine their training requirements and needs in order to create the most fitting training plan for each client.

• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of customers to meet their training needs.

• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.

• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.

• Track customer needs and customer experience in order to help the continuous improvement of our services.

• Gain profound knowledge of the IT sector, investigate new trends and business/career opportunities for our clients, according to their background.

• Analyze the IT territory through extensive market research

• Acquire profound knowledge regarding all products and services offered by the company through testing, demonstrations, and research.

• Cooperate closely with other team members and departments.

• Continuously improve your skills & knowledge through team and customer feedback.

Must-have skills

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering / Computer Science or InformationTechnology

• At least 1-3 years of relevant professional experience

• Excellent communication skills

• Customer-oriented mindset

• Familiarity with databases - SQL and basic coding skills at least on one of the following programming languages: Python, Java, Javascript is a must

• Motivation and goal-orientation must be able to work independently and take initiative.

• Ability to work flexibly, we adapt our schedule according to our customers

• Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills

• Skilled in relationship management and open to feedback

• Fluency in Greek and English is essential.

• Familiarity with Wordpress will be highly appreciated.
