By using the Website, you agree to, explicitly, unconditionally and irrevocably, comply with these Terms. In case you disagree with any of the terms, you are requested to stop using the Website and you may notify VAQUANCY, if you wish.

Processing of candidates’ CVs
The Company offers the candidates the opportunity to upload their CVs on the Company’s website. The purpose is to suggest the candidates any potential career opportunities that might be suitable for both the companies and the candidates. However, the Company does not commit to provide any recruitment services to candidates or to suggest any vacancies. The candidates might be contacted by the Company only in the event that our authorized personnel consider the Candidate suitable for a particular job opening. This is an optional and voluntary service with no fees and no commitment on behalf of the Company.
Applicable Law
The Terms and Conditions of the Website, as well as any modification or change thereof, is governed by national law, European law and the relevant international treaties. The Terms constitute the overall agreement between VAQUANCY and the users and shall be binding.
