This Website has been developed by the company with the tradename “VAQUANCY
LTD” (hereinafter “VAQUANCY” or “Company”), having its registered office in the
United Kingdom (7 Bell Yard London WC2A 2JR). VAQUANCY is Data Controller
of your personal data, pursuant to EU General Data Protection Regulation 679/2016
(hereinafter “GDPR”). This Privacy Statement is provided in order to inform you on

necessary for the operation of the website in the context of the Company’s legitimate

condition you have provided your explicit consent. The purpose of processing is to

event we consider your profile suitable for a job opening. In case you have
additionally consented to the transfer of your data, we might also transfer your data to
any potential employers/third parties. You have the right to withdraw your consent at

When you subscribe to our newsletter: your personal data is retained for six (6)
months, or sooner, in case you request its erasure or withdraw your consent.

According to applicable legislation, you have the following rights, i.e. a) right of
access to your personal data, as well as to the information relating to their processing,

d) right to restriction of the processing of your personal data, where explicitly
