In this role, you’ll lead a development team of up to 15 people. You will ensure that goals and objectives are clearly defined and engineers participate in the product discovery phase. You will help partners produce estimates and drive OKRs on a team level.You have an engineering background and your main goal will be focusing on product feature delivery, partnering with product and engineering partners, but most importantly empowering the teams to drive their scope and understand the bigger picture.

Requirements
Role Responsibilities :
Lead your teams’ delivery pipeline and be a professional at helping teams prioritize goals
Establish technical directions and drive multiple technical initiatives
Proactively identify and resolve issues that may impair the team’s ability to meet strategic and technical goals
Develop, coach, mentor individuals and teams and ensure high performance in a fast-paced environment.
Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
Report and escalate to management as needed.
Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Basic qualifications :
Minimum of 3-5 years of Managerial or team leading experience
Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and prior relevant experience.
Knowledge and experience with agile development methodology
Practical knowledge in leading and managing the execution of processes, projects, and tactics within multiple functional area.
Demonstrated track record of leading robust teams with measurable outcomes.
Great leadership skills. You are an empathic leader that is able to coach and mentor engineers to improve their potential
Preferred Qualifications
Background in Tech
Ability to collaborate with many other teams
Ability to provide and receive constructive feedback
Has 2+ years of working experience as a project administrator or project manager or (digital) projects lead.
Has a good knowledge of MS Office.
Speaks excellent English.
Displays a relentless focus on improvement.
