Role Responsibilities :

• Lead your teams’ delivery pipeline and be a professional at helping teams prioritize goals

• Establish technical directions and drive multiple technical initiatives

• Proactively identify and resolve issues that may impair the team’s ability to meet strategic and technical goals

• Develop, coach, mentor individuals and teams and ensure high performance in a fast-paced environment.

• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.

• Report and escalate to management as needed.

• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.

• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.

• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.

• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Basic qualifications :

• Minimum of 3-5 years of Managerial or team leading experience

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and prior relevant experience.

• Knowledge and experience with agile development methodology

• Practical knowledge in leading and managing the execution of processes, projects, and tactics within multiple functional area.

• Demonstrated track record of leading robust teams with measurable outcomes.

• Great leadership skills. You are an empathic leader that is able to coach and mentor engineers to improve their potential

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in Tech

• Ability to collaborate with many other teams

• Ability to provide and receive constructive feedback

• Has 2+ years of working experience as a project administrator or project manager or (digital) projects lead.

• Has a good knowledge of MS Office.

• Speaks excellent English.

• Displays a relentless focus on improvement.
